Earthquake
Deadly earthquake of catastrophic proportions struck Turkey, and Syria in the early hours of Monday February 6, 2023, resulting in thousands of fatalities, and thousands of injured, leaving many people homeless. Despite lasting only 90 seconds, the quake was powerful enough to reduce entire towns, including refugee settlements, to ruins.
